2 At-Home Medical Care Support Centers Obtain ISO9001 Further Strengthening the System to Provide High-Quality Medical Services.
ISO9001 manages the system to ensure the continuous provision of products and services that meet customer needs. The quality management system at both of the newly certified sites will ensure a high level of safety and accuracy.
In addition to the two new centers, Nihon Chouzai plans to acquire ISO9001 certification for its other 20* At-Home Medical Care Support Centers nationwide. In the future, we will continue to improve the environment for providing quality medical services to patients and create more time for interpersonal work by streamlining standard dispensing operations.

About At-Home Medical Care Support Centers
The 22* At-Home Medical Care Support Centers located throughout Japan provide a wide range of at-home medical care services to meet the needs of local communities, including not only elderly patients with high at-home medical care needs, but also pediatric patients with serious illnesses such as cancer or intractable diseases. In addition, we support the improvement of medication adherence by preventing medication errors and managing medication information using "Anshin Fukuyaku-kun," Nihon Chouzai’s original medication support application. We also actively support the health of patients in the community by collaborating with multiple professions through medication consultations by pharmacists and nutrition consultations by dietitians.

Since our founding in 1980, we have consistently pursued the "separation of medical and pharmaceutical functions" in order to fulfill the functions and roles that dispensing pharmacies should play in supporting the national health insurance system, and we have been actively expanding our dispensing pharmacy business. At present, we have dispensing pharmacies in all prefectures, employing approximately 3,000 pharmacists, and have earned a reputation as one of Japan's leading dispensing pharmacy companies. We are actively promoting the spread of generic drugs and home medical care, and will continue to provide the high-quality medical services that are needed in the super-aging society.
